Thank you for shopping at BritishPaw.com. We source our products from trusted suppliers to bring you quality pet products at great prices. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect before placing your order.
⭐ Important Notice: BritishPaw operates as an online retail store. Products are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses and shipped directly to you. This allows us to keep prices low, but it does mean delivery takes longer than local UK stores. Please read the delivery times below carefully before ordering.
2. Order Processing Time

- Business days = Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
- Delays can occur due to customs clearance, weather, high-demand seasons, or courier backlogs
- During peak seasons (Christmas, Black Friday, Chinese New Year) delivery may take longer than stated
- We ask all customers to please be patient — your order is on its way!

We offer completely free shipping on every order. No minimum spend required.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress.
Important tracking notes:
- Tracking may not update immediately — please allow 5–10 business days after receiving your tracking number before it shows movement
- Tracking may show as "in transit" for extended periods during international shipping — this is completely normal
- If tracking has not updated for more than 20 business days, please contact us
7. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
For international orders outside the UK, your package may be subject to customs inspections and import duties set by your local government. Please be aware that:
- Customs duties and import taxes are not included in our prices
- These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer
- We have no control over customs processing times or charges
- Customs clearance can add additional days to your delivery
- We are unable to refund orders that are delayed or held by customs
- We cannot mark packages as "gifts" or undervalue items on customs forms — this is illegal
If you are unsure about import duties in your country, please check with your local customs authority before placing your order.
8. Why Does Delivery Take This Long?
We believe in being completely transparent with our customers. Here is why our shipping takes longer than local stores:
- Our products are shipped internationally from supplier warehouses
- International shipments go through multiple transit points and customs checks
- We use standard international shipping to keep prices and shipping costs low for you
- The low prices you see on our store reflect these longer shipping times
We believe a great product worth waiting for is better than an expensive product delivered quickly. If you need an item urgently, please contact us before ordering so we can advise you.
9. Lost, Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the following timeframes from your dispatch date, please contact us:

We will investigate with our supplier and carrier and offer you either:

Please do not contact us before these timeframes have passed — orders are almost always in transit and will arrive. Contacting us early does not speed up delivery.
10. Order Arrived But Item Is Damaged or Wrong
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- An unboxing video showing the issue (required — see our Refund Policy)
We will resolve all legitimate issues with a free replacement or full refund.
11. Incorrect Delivery Address
Please double check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you have made an error:
- Contact us at britishpaw111@gmail.com within 12 hours of ordering
- After 12 hours your order may already be processed and changes cannot be guaranteed
- If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, redelivery costs will be the customer's responsibility
- We are not liable for lost orders caused by incorrect addresses entered at checkout
12. Multiple Items in One Order
If you order multiple items they may be shipped in separate packages and arrive on different dates. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package. This is normal and does not mean part of your order is lost.
13. What We Are Not Responsible For
To be fully transparent, we are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by customs authorities in your country
- Delays caused by international courier services
- Delays during peak seasons or global shipping disruptions
- Packages that are refused by the customer at delivery
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Items confiscated by customs due to local import restrictions
